Neighborly Brand Websites

Our team collaborated with designers, developers, PMs, and brand presidents to revamp and streamline the booking process for over 20 home services brands.
One of the major challenges was creating a scalable platform. We didn't just build websites; we designed the platform's architecture. For the front end, we used Flowbite as the foundation for our Figma-based design system, ensuring both consistency and flexibility.
This effort led to the successful launch of Neighborly's core brands, followed by the migration of smaller brands. Our cross-team collaboration enabled us to deliver a platform that meets current needs and is prepared for future growth.
My Design Process
Research and Discovery
Following the project kickoff, the team established a clear research strategy and objectives by reviewing web analytics, user tests, and CTR data. Gaining insight into the target audience and their challenges became a top priority. By identifying common pain points, we uncovered opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service retention.
Design System

After the wireframes were approved, I contributed to our corporate design system using Neighborly's brand colors and logos for consistency across 20+ websites. By planning ahead and creating an editable component library in Figma, we were able to design each site quickly and efficiently.
Molly Maid Website Design

We redesigned the website for Molly Maid, a home cleaning service brand from the ground up. By blending lively hues with snapshots capturing the joy of our technicians, I wanted the website to exude a welcoming aura, assuring visitors that their homes are in capable hands.
Window Genie Website Design

After completing the Molly Maid website, we applied a similar look and feel to the Window Genie website by utilizing the component library we made previously. Again this strategy was used to redesign multiple websites across Neighborly efficiently for Designers and Developers.
