Neighborly Brand Websites
My team worked closely with designers, developers, PMOs, and brand presidents to redesign and streamline the booking process for 30+ home services brands.
A major challenge was building a scalable platform. We didn’t just create websites; we shaped the platform’s architecture. For the front end, we chose Tailwind CSS for its customizability and efficiency, and Flowbite as the foundation of our Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility.
The result was the successful launch of Neighborly’s core brands, followed by the migration of smaller brands. Despite unforeseen challenges, collaboration across teams helped us deliver a platform that meets current needs and is ready for future growth.
Wireframes
First, I presented these wireframes to my stakeholders before investing a lot of time into polishing the design. Then, I quickly mocked up new iterations based on their feedback before moving on to finalizing the general layout that will be used for all of the 20+ branded sites.
Design System
After the wireframes were approved, I developed a design system using Neighborly's brand colors and logos for consistency across 30+ websites. By planning ahead and creating an editable component library in Figma, we were able to design each site quickly and efficiently.
Molly Maid Website Design
We redesigned the website for Molly Maid, a home cleaning service brand from the ground up. By blending lively hues with snapshots capturing the joy of our technicians, I wanted the website to exude a welcoming aura, assuring visitors that their homes are in capable hands.
Window Genie Website Design
After completing the Molly Maid website, we applied a similar look and feel to the Window Genie website by utilizing the component library we made previously. Again this strategy was used to redesign the dozen websites across Neighborly efficiently for Designers and Developers.
